All ingredients come from the Romagnol producers we have been collaborating with for years: Mora Romagnola, Romagna hen, scalogno IGP, squacquerone DOP, Po Delta rice, Adriatic fish, FIVI independent winemakers wines. Every dish tells of a part of Romagna.
